Current programme status - November 2023
The first phase of the programme for Lothian House is about to start.
On Sunday 19th November 2023, the first scaffolding will be erected
at the south east corner of the building, and the scaffolding will
run from the corner to the end of Poundland. The scaffold will be
completed in approximately two weeks and the prelimary assessment and
measurements of the stone replacements will be completed. In parallel
with this work, in the period before the Christmas / New Year break,
asbestos and delapidations surveys will be held within the building.
